PRODUCT ACCURACY
We made every effort to provide accuracy in the display of our product’s appearance. The pictures of the products provided on this website have been taken under a certain type of light which may vary to the light of your ambiance once you unveil your order. BILLING AND PAYMENT
All items supplied (including items that are pre-ordered and paid in advance) will be accompanied by an official GST invoice.

If the problem still remains, visit your bank. Gappu Cajon is not obliged to refund or pay for any failed transaction.
SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES, AND TITLES
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on your order form, if applicable.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification.
DELIVERY MODE
Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 15-21 working days, once payment mode is confirmed.
Certain products may have different lead-time of delivery due to the nature of the product. However, we appraise the estimated delivery date for the particular products before you confirm your order.
Delivery may be delayed or estimated delivery time may be extended due to certain adverse circumstances such as natural disasters, national emergencies, strikes, and/ or others.
If delivery of a product is delayed or if any product is non-deliverable to a certain area, the same will be advised to the customer.
COURSES
The courses on our website shown only for Indian Student. Outside India the course fees might be changed depend on teacher and class time.
WARRANTY AND SERVICING
We provide the warranty of 1 year of replacement and servicing of any technical damage in our product and 5 of the same of the front plate(only on higher value products). No physical damage, especially damage caused by the customer, is not warranted with any servicing or replacement.
We do not provide any refunds, returns, or cancellations on our products. An exchange of a product can be done with another product of the same or greater price. For details, please review our return policy.
